A Custom character will likely have enough money to buy a single Slave.
As with the other merchants, the Slavemaster will become playable after purchasing his wares: four Slaves. They will sell Beer for only $10 which can be consumed to restore 10 health. This is most easily done with a Custom Character created with extra money and finding an NPC Bartender. The Bartender is recruited by consuming ten different drinks in one game. This is once again easily completed with Custom Characters who select bonus amounts of starting money. The Shopkeeper is gained by simply spending $1,500 over several trips. If this somehow does not equal $300, the rest can be collected from grinding in the slums. The easiest method is to make a Custom Character with very expensive weapons and sell them to the Shopkeeper. The Investment Banker is gained by having $300 at one time. Use items like Wall Bypasser and Lockpicks to get to the objective unseen. This is most easily done by selecting Thief as they already specialize in stealth. The Assassin will unlock by completing any mission without killing or alerting anyone. As a bonus, the bribe will also increase the city’s election score. Money should be earned in the early parts of the slums, before venturing into downtown or uptown where Mobsters are likely to spawn. Characters who lack this amount of money will be attacked. Mobsters are also bribable, but they require having $500 accumulated upfront. Custom Characters can be made that start with extra money, allowing them to bribe at least one Cop. Cops can be recruited by bribing three of them with $50 over multiple missions. Simply create a fire, put it out, and repeat. The easiest way to do this is to have both a fire extinguisher and flamethrower as starting gear. The Firefighter is unlocked by putting out 5 fires in one mission. It also helps by having assistance by either being in multiplayer or having many NPC helpers. This can be done with any powerful weapon, like the RPG or Giantizer pills. By completing a level with destruction level of 75 or above will gain the Jock. Because of this interaction, players will need to take some damage to allow them to eat and restore 10 health, take more damage until at 5 or below, then die via the peel. Consuming a banana restores 10 health, but will leave a peel behind that will deal 5 damage if walked on. The Comedian is unlocked by dying on a banana peel. NPC Gorillas will automatically join and assist a player Gorilla when using any other character the player will need the translator and banana items obtained from around the map. #Streets of rogue kill ghost free#
Simply free them by destroying the computers caging them.
Gorilla is gained within the Scientist’s Lab.This will be even safer during multiplayer, as other people will be able to protect the Hacker as they work.
This is most easily done with the Hacker character, but anyone is capable of hacking. The Robot is unlocked by hacking any Cop Bot or Killer Robot.The slums will be the fastest level, using any of the base characters or others that have already been unlocked. The Shapeshifter is gained by completing any level with five different characters.
